Job Opportunity at ALH|Podland Realty Job Requirements The position will perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks and provide support to property management staff; assisting in daily office needs in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Provide the highest level of service to our tenants, owners and management, ensuring their long-term occupancy in our properties. While we are heavily Property Management based, we also do New Residential Construction and Remodels. It will be this position’s responsibility to assist in the coordination of many aspects of these projects. Individual must be a self-starter and possess excellent organizational skills and have great attention to detail. Essential Functions: ·         Provide day to day general office duties and support to the property management staff in overseeing operations of our properties located in Greater Atlanta and the surrounding area. ·         Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries. ·         Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of communication when dealing with a variety of owner, resident and vendor issues. ·         Sets up and maintains physical and electronic files, materials, information, schedules and related data. ·         Assist in all aspects of property rental including tracking the leasing process; application, verification, credit and criminal background check and preparation of lease and move in packet ·         Handle and efficiently process all aspects of move-ins and move-outs. ·         Responsible for tracking and coordinating property maintenance to include tenant work order requests, property inspections and assigning vendors to complete work. ·         Assist in the collection and eviction process. Requirements: Minimum two years administrative experience in a property management environment and Bachelor degree are a plus. Property Management Software knowledge is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO and Paid Holidays This is a full time (40 Hours M-F) position. Hourly rate is based on experience and qualification.
